2.1.1 You can use Infinity Waste Solutions without telling us who you are and without giving personal information about yourself. Infinity Waste Solutions uses cookies, see below, but the use of infinitywastesol.com does not in itself entail registration of personal data. 

2.1.2 However, Infinity Waste Solutions needs some personal information in order to trade with you and deliver goods, news and other services to you. Infinity Waste Solutions therefore records and processes personal information about you that you give yourself, for example when you: 

• Make a product purchase in the Infinity Waste Solutions Webshop. 
• Sign up for a newsletter 
• Participates in a competition 
• Send an inquiry, complaint or give us feedback, or
• Otherwise provide personal information to us via infinitywastesol.com 

2.1.3 The information we collect and process in this context is primarily:

• Address

    6.1 Your personal data is generally deleted when the purpose of the storage is exhausted. 

    6.2 Personal information is otherwise kept for 5 years in order to comply with the provisions of the Accounting Act.
